I contacted Sports Fanfare and immediately received a reply and a new item was in the mail (with a postage label to send back the first one!). I received the new one and it had the same issue which led me to believe that it was not a defect. I returned the original one and e-mailed Sports Fanfare to apologize. But Stephanie from Sports Fanfare didn't stop there. She contacted the manufacturer to find out if this was part of the design of the putter cover and it was. It's been a long time since I had anything close to the quality of this customer service.The putter cover is GREAT. It fits my Ping Zing 2 perfectly and securely. It has a plastic clip that easily fastens and releases from your putter shaft.
