I have had the neoprene covers in the past. They worked well but only lasted a few years. I upgraded to these Face Saver covers and love them. They are easy to take on/off and stay on well. I love not hearing the "clankity-clank" of my irons and they protect the irons' heads and shafts of other clubs. Highly recommend this item.
