    I bought one of these for my husband a couple of years ago, and he really liked it. Keeps his putter grip nice and dry. Unfortunately, he informed me the first one broke (not sure how), so I hunted to find another. This seller was the only one I could find, so I bought it, however, I wasn't thrilled that the shipping cost on a $3.84 piece of plastic was $6.17. 1 1/2 times the price of the item seems excessive to me, but I didn't have a lot of options.

    Someone gave me one of these years ago and I have been on the lookout since I lost it. If you're like me and 95% of all golfers, you don't hit a lot of greens, so you're constantly hopping out of your cart with your putter AND a wedge when you get to the green. You can drop your wedge on the flagstick when you're on the green, but in the rough around the green, when you drop your putter down to chip, the grip is gonna get wet. Enter the Putter Prop! Just snap one of these babies onto your putter shaft, flick out the stand, and rest it on the ground. It's the perfect little gadget to keep your putter grip dry. It never gets in the way of your hands when you putt. It is visible while looking down the shaft when you address the ball, but it's a lot less distracting than a wet putter grip. Buy several and hand them out at outings!
